- The Monitoring, Learning & Evaluation Officer will develop or adapt MLE tools and frameworks for monitoring and evaluating CAVA II activities and ensure compliance.
- Work closely with the CM, prepare annual, quarterly and monthly work plans, budgets and reports for CAVA II and related projects.
- In charge of tracking, measuring and monitoring progress in Uganda towards meeting CAVA II and other project’s activities, outputs, outcomes and key milestones during and at the end of the project period.
- Responsible for designing and assisting in the implementation and analysis of MLE and impact studies in Uganda to collect data on key indicators.
- Identify, document and share successes, risks, threats, challenges, and opportunities in the course of project implementation.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate should preferably hold an MSc in Agricultural Economics or equivalent. In addition to academic qualifications, the person should have an in depth experience in monitoring and evaluation of donor projects.
- A minimum of five years of proven experience in Development Projects in monitoring and evaluation,
