Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Laboratory Science or equivalent degree qualification. Possession of additional post-graduate qualifications/training will be of added advantage;
- A minimum of five years of demonstrable practical experience with managing HIV laboratory programs, specifically planning for and delivering of laboratory services within the context of MOH and PEPFAR programs in the country.;
- Possess a Valid registration certificate from the Uganda Medical and Dental practitioners Council;
- Working knowledge in quality improvement approaches;
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills;
- Computer literacy i.e. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and others).
