Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology;
- A minimum of three years of post-qualification experience in a public health laboratory, experience with managing HIV laboratory programs, specifically planning for and delivering of laboratory commodities;
- Possess a valid registration certificate from the Uganda Medical and Dental practitioners Council;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and training skills;
- Previous experience in medical record keeping;
- Previous involvement in bi-monthly and commodity report submission to central stores.
