Operations Expert & Business Consultant Job Vacancy at BiD Network

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Keenly analyze the business processes of our clients, identify areas of improvement and propose solutions;
• Prepare and lead workshops with our clients around process and supply chain optimization;
• Support our clients in implementing the proposed solutions;
• Provide training to the staff of our clients in the area of process and supply chain management;
• The incumbent will assess business plans;
• Assess the suitability of a business and its entrepreneurs for our BDS program;
• The incumbent will deputize the Regional Director in administrative tasks;
• Managing relations with partners;

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

• The applicant should hold a University degree, preferably in economics, business administration, supply chain management, finance;
• At least three years of working experience in management consultancy and/or operational experience within a mid-sized company;
• Broad knowledge and understanding of the investment worthiness of local business opportunities, with excellent understanding of the Ugandan financial, regulatory and operational environment;
• Proven experience with business consultancy and training;
• Technical skills in process improvement and supply chain management;
• Possess a natural ability to network and connect;
• Organized and a structured way of working
