Quantity Surveyor Job Vacancy at Ambitious Construction Company Limited

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• In charge of tendering
• Responsible for material requirements analysis
• In charge of the preparation of valuations and variations
• Manage contractual correspondences
• Responsible for projects monitoring
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

• The applicants should preferably hold a Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• At least five years’ experience in the field with knowledge on estimation and costing.
• Computer literacy skills are mandatory.
