Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

• The applicants for Retail Merchandiser jobs should hold Diplomas in Buying and Merchandising or Marketing with strong business awareness
• One to two years of working experience in a similar field or organization
• Excellent numerical and data analysis skills and an understanding of what motivates customers to buy products
• Proven ability to achieve results while remaining calm under pressure
• Exhibit confidence when leading negotiations or presenting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Good team player
• Age: Below 30 years
