- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
- Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Regularly consult with senior managers and develop and implement appropriate performance management practices;
- Ensure recruitment, compensation, and grievance policies are compliant with labor laws and all statutory provisions and best practice;
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or relevant field is required.
- At least three to five years of professional human resources experience in a manufacturing company at least two in management position.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, sound business intelligence and the ability to work in a team is a must.
- High emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills;
