- The incumbent will support flight operations by coordinating aircraft, student, and instructor resources with weather and operational needs
- Keenly monitor instructor and student productivity and efficiency
- Provide a high level of customer service to customers touring, visiting, or conducting training at the facility
- Manage all aspects of ATO operations and recordkeeping
- Provide full-time, on-site management and standardization of Training Center Instructors Provide stage checks, evaluation flights and training as needed
- Perform administrative and office support activities.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must have attained aviation training with relevant experience
- The applicant must hold an ATO training record compliance
- Preference will be given to those that hold ATPL
- Mastery of email communication is required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player with the ability to perform well independently
