Early Childhood Teacher Job Vacancy at Little Swans Pre-school

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• The incumbent will develop and deliver curriculum founded on the center’s philosophies whilst following childcare regulations and National Quality Standards
• The jobholder will also create positive learning environments including resources based on child-directed learning
• Develop strategies to guide positive children’s behavior.
• Build good, open communication with children, families and staff
• Observe and record children's growth, development and behavior.
• Ensure the learning environment is clean, hygienic and safe
• Render support in developing teaching goals for the center and its teachers

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

• The applicant should hold an approved early childhood teaching qualification, Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood), Montessori certificate will be an added advantage
• Previous experience working in a childcare setting
• Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Broad knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning framework and jolly phonics.
• Age: Between 25-30 years.
