- The incumbent will develop and deliver curriculum founded on the center’s philosophies whilst following childcare regulations and National Quality Standards
- The jobholder will also create positive learning environments including resources based on child-directed learning
- Develop strategies to guide positive children’s behavior.
- Build good, open communication with children, families and staff
- Observe and record children's growth, development and behavior.
- Ensure the learning environment is clean, hygienic and safe
- Render support in developing teaching goals for the center and its teachers
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should hold an approved early childhood teaching qualification, Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood), Montessori certificate will be an added advantage
- Previous experience working in a childcare setting
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Broad knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning framework and jolly phonics.
- Age: Between 25-30 years.
